2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in our free SEO audit form, email or call us, we may collect:
- your name, email address and telephone number
- your website address and the town or area you serve
- your main competitor's website address

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our web server records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. This is used to keep the site secure and working.

We only share your information when we need to, with:

- payment providers such as PayPal, if you pay for a service online
- Google, when our website loads fonts from Google Fonts (this shares your IP address with Google)
- professional advisers such as our accountant, and authorities where the law requires it
These providers may only use your information to provide their service to us.
5. International transfers
Some of our providers may store or process data outside the UK. Where they do, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

When you end our services, we remove our access to your accounts and website.
7. Cookies
Our website uses only the cookies needed for it to work, for example to remember settings or keep logged-in administrators signed in. We do not currently use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. If that changes we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
